Custom made for every packaging process

No two packaging lines are the same. That's why every Niverplast crate liner bag is manufactured according to your exact specifications. We calculate the optimal bag dimensions based on your crate or box size, allowing the liner to fit tightly while reducing unnecessary film consumption.

Our crate liner bags are available in HDPE, MDPE and LDPE materials, with film thicknesses from approximately 10 up to 80 microns, depending on the application. Various colours, printing options and sealing configurations are available, including our well known Easy Open system and optional 45° bottom seals for improved product presentation and handling

Designed for manual and automated bag placing

Whether you place bags manually or fully automatically, Niverplast crate liner bags are developed to work seamlessly with your packaging process. Our bags can be supplied as standard premade bags or with the Easy Open system, enabling faster and more ergonomic manual bag placing.

For automated production lines, our premade bags are compatible with Niverplast bag placing machines, capable of placing up to 25 bags per minute while handling films as thin as 10 μm. This allows manufacturers to increase production capacity, reduce downtime and minimise total packaging costs.
