Packing Oils & Fats
OLAF (Oil, Liquids, And Fats) is Niverplast’s compact filling platform for oils, fats and semi liquid products. It can be used as a stand alone filler or integrated into a complete packaging line with box forming, bag placing, sealing, checkweighing and palletizing. Use it as stand-alone or in combination with any other Niverplast machine for a high-tech packaging line. OLAF fills boxes and pails by weight and is suitable for products such as cocoa butter, palm oil, margarine, ghee, fondant and other semi liquid products. Product behaviour, viscosity and temperature are always assessed to determine the right configuration.
Suitable products include cocoa butter, palm oil, margarine, ghee, fondant, melted cheese and other semi liquid products that require controlled filling, stable flow and accurate weighing. Is it another (semi) liquid you’ve got to pack? Together we figure out the right solution and do the job! The filling process is based on lifting, tare weight correction, gross filling and optional fine dosing. This helps achieve accurate filling while keeping the process controlled and repeatable. The stainless steel design, hygienic valve, double walled product piping, heated drip tray and accessible machine layout support easy cleaning, maintenance and product changeovers.
