Are you wondering how our lubricant filling machine works? We will lift the veil for you. When a box or bucket is placed in the OLAF, it will be lifted to the correct height to avoid splashing. The machine does a tare weight correction and then starts by coarsely filling the box or bucket.

Once the required content is almost reached using the coarse dosing nozzle, the fine dosing nozzle takes over the filling process. Now, the box or bucket is supplemented till the precisely measured, accurate quantity is reached. After it has reached its correct weight it is discharged.

Finally the lubricant filling machine is available with two options: preparation for CIP (Clean in Place) and a hot water supply for pipe heating.
