For this customer, we designed a manual packaging line with a smart twist! It all starts with boxes being automatically erected and bags precisely placed by the CombiPlast. The boxes then journey to the filling stations, where baguettes are manually loaded into the boxes. Once full, the bag is folded closed, and the box travels to the closing station. There, it’s automatically sealed and taped, ready for transport!

This smart setup is the best of both worlds, combining flexibility with efficiency. Operators handle the baguettes with care, while automation takes over the repetitive tasks. The result? A smooth workflow that keeps things moving, cuts down on waste, and makes sure every baguette is packed just right. Simple, reliable, and built to last!
