Together with this Dutch bakery, we automated the complete end-of-line packaging process. Our EasyPlast places an EasyOpen bag inside each crate, ready for efficient filling. A vision-guided Pick & Place robot then carefully loads the bread, helping maintain consistent product quality. Next, the VarioSeal closes the filled bags securely, while an automatic labeller ensures clear product identification. Finally, our Palletizer stacks the finished crates neatly onto pallets. The result? One smooth and reliable packaging flow that reduces manual handling, improves consistency and keeps production moving. From freshly baked bread to a pallet ready for transport.
